my final 3 stamps!

my finished stamp for my dino

this is my finished design, with everything added to the scene

i then put the rocks into the correct places, and adjusted the sand scene to make it look like it had sand around the rocks.

i then reused the cliff material and added them to these rocks.

i next need to add a few random rocks to add to teh scenary, i created these with boxes and sphere's.

i then added the 3 scene parts together to get this image.

this is what my stream looks like with the new water texture.

i chose this image for my material on the stream.

i also wanted to add a stream next to my scene, i did this with 1 long plan.

i then used soft slection and raised and lowered different parts to give it a wavey effect.

this is my cliff side with the next material texture.

i used this texture to make my cliffs look more realistic. using the bump tool gave this texture a much better effect.

i wanted to add a cliff next to my dino, i did the same as with the 1st scene, i used 3 (origonally 1) plans and edited them using soft slection.
i then added a sand material to my scene, then end result looks like this.

the next step was to make the scenary, this is a serface i created, i managed this with using a flat box and then the soft selection tool, origonally i used a small box, but this was too small so i added to more plans on either end to stretch the whole scene.

this is what my dino now looks like, i also made the mouth red, teeth and eyes white, its pupils black and its tounge pink.

this is my finished dino.

i then added a material to my dino, this is a scale texture i found, however i then changed the colour to dark brown and applied it to all of my dino apart from certain features on its face.

i then added the two arms to my dino and fill in the gaps, this is the shape of my dino.

same as the legs i copied the right arm and rotated it, the moved the cylinders around so its does look teh same.

as my dino is based on a T-rex, it has to have really small front arms.

i made these with 2 cylinder, and 2 cones attached to the ends, using soft selection i joined the gaps.

after the tail was created, i jonied it to the end of my dino's body.

next i created the tail, as you can probably guess, i used a cone, and moved the tip around to make it look more realistic.

i then attached the legs to the dino's body and used soft selection, i made the join alot smoother.

i then copied the leg and moved it around so it didn't look the same, i also moved the small toe at the back to the other side to match with the leg on the right.

next i made the legs, i did this with sphere and dragged them into oval shapes, i did this twice and moved the two parts together.

for the foot i used four cylinders, one standing on its end, and the other three laying down, i then attached them together using the soft selection tool, i then added cones at the end of each cylinder to form claws.

to finsh this leg off i added a really small toe on the back to make it look more realistic.

i then attached the body to the neck.

this is the dino's body, once again, made from a sphere and pulls around to form this shape.

i then joined the two parts together.

This is the dino's neck, it was made using a cylinder and scaled at one end.

i then put it all together and it looks like this.

i then added eyes, and put these in the indented part of the head.

the eyes are of course made from sphere, with smaller sphere making the pupils.

i then added a tounge, same was as the rest, i used sphere and pulled it around abit.

i gave my dino some teeth, i made these by using cones and bending them at the tip, i then scaled and copied them to form the rest of his teeth.

When i deleted parts of the sphere, the inside of the shapes turned black, so when my dino's mouth is open, it had nothing inside tis head.

to counter this i made the mouth seperate and placed it inside after.

this to was made from a sphere and a made into a mouth shape.

I then repeated this but deleted the top part of the sphere and created the bottom jaw.

i then deleted the bottom of it and then moved the remaining half around to form the top parts of my dino's head.

last stamp is my dinosaur.

i started with a sphere.

Finaly design with the stamp background.

This is the final design. i am pleased with the results.

this is the finished background.

This is the background i chose for my ants, i then added this to the flat plan, and using the bump tool, i gave it a slightly 3D effect.

next step is to make a background, i did this by making a flat plan, alot bigger then the log and ants

I then copied the ants, made them all face the opposite direction, and scaled them to be slightly bigger, also changed the colour to black.

I next copied my ant and moved the new copies around abit.

the result looks like this...

this is the end result when the bark material is added to my log.

I then found Bark texture on google an added this to my log.

I then added another branch, again by using a cylinder and moving it around.

i then joined the two parts together and grouped them so they become 1 part.
