to start my ants off i i created a sphere and moved it around abit to form the shape of a ants head, like this.










i then added eyes by using another sphere, put it into the correct place and then copied over to the other side.














next step was to add jaws, i did this by creating a cylinder and making it pointed at one end, i then bent it using the soft selection tool, and put it in the correct place, i then copied, rotated and put in another jaw.
